Black Creek Arts Council and the South Carolina Tobacco Trail would like to organize an artisan and specialty food producers organization modeled after the Artisans of the South Carolina Cotton Trail. The goal of the organization is to bring together artists, artisans, specialty food producers and the retailers of the region for the benefits of marketing, tourism, education and shared resources.
